Many children and young adults with disabilities cannot participate in organized team sports such as baseball due to a lack of accessible and safe facilities. The Wilmington Believes in Miracles campaign, with your help, has changed that and continues to change that every day!
3rd Annual Miracles in Motion 5K at the BRAX Stadium PPD Miracle Field. Hundreds of people with and without disabilities came together to run, walk, and roll for The Miracle League of Wilmington.
ACCESS of Wilmington, Inc. and the UNCW College of Health and Human Sciences have partnered together in conjunction with the G.A.M.E.S program.


Fully inclusive playground where people of all abilities play together.


This project was an excellent example of people coming together to better their community. The miracle league partnering up with the City of Wilmington, along with Power Secure. To produce an energy efficient, solar power play ground, handicap accessible for all to enjoy. Here at The Good Life we feel very fortunate to have been apart of it.


Olsen Park features an inclusive playground to welcome children and families of all abilities and ages. The PlayBooster® playstructure includes accessible ramps so those using mobility devices can access the fun, sensory-rich play panels, and many playground climbers and slides.
After six years in the making, a full stadium, field and the Southeast's biggest accessible playground is now a dream come true for thousands! What an honor to have been able to build the bleachers for the PPD Miracle Field at BRAX Stadium for so many to enjoy!
