We are so proud to announce and welcome Hayley Sink into our Miracle League family as Executive Director for ACCESS of Wilmington! ACCESS is pleased to have Sink join the organization to continue enhancing the health, wellness, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities and their families, living in southeastern North Carolina.
Many of you may recognize Hayley’s smiling face and caring heart as she has served as a volunteer with ACCESS of Wilmington for over 2 years. While completing an internship with ACCESS as a graduate student, Hayley also had the opportunity to serve as Interim Executive Director for the organization.
“Hayley’s enthusiasm for providing opportunities for recreation and wellness for persons with disabilities and her experience managing nonprofits are valuable assets for ACCESS and our community. Hayley will build on the great work of previous Executive Director, Jennifer Bell, whom she had the opportunity to work closely with,” said Dan Johnson, Founder and Board Chair of ACCESS of Wilmington.
Hayley received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 2012. She also holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Prior to relocating to Wilmington, Hayley served as a program provider, manager, and community outreach director within the nonprofit community in Roanoke, Virginia. Having an older sister living with cerebral palsy, Hayley is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals living with disabilities and their families. She looks forward to serving the athletes, families, partners and volunteers of ACCESS, as well as the southeastern North Carolina community.
We hope you will join us in welcoming Hayley to the Miracle League family!
