In addition to our privately schedule group homes, schools, and day programs, we encourage any young adult 14 years old+ to join our Community Groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 2:30-3:30PM or 4-5PM at the Miracle Field.

Each 1-hour session includes a warm-up, cardiovascular, balance, strength, and flexibility training, and cool-down, all adapted for any ability level and physical/intellectual disability.
